Montagnola House has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and an en suite bathroom. This apartment is particularly cool because it is made in limestone typical of the area.
Montagnola House also offers a spacious dining room, a living room with a big table adjacent to the kitchen with a fireplace, made of hand-carved stone, dating back to the beginning of 1900’s. Outside you will find paved forecourt. You can sit at the table in the shade of the oak and relax in comfort and tranquility.

General terms and conditions for booking and cancellation
At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.
100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).
Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.
Final payment can be made by cash or credit card. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Children under 6 years of age stay for free (an age verification document is required).
Children aged between 7-12 years are entitled to half the adult single fare.
