Located in a private area, in the greenest part of the Masseria Guadiano Vecchio, there is an ancient trullo of three rooms and two bathrooms expertly renovated and tastefully furnished, built with the original stone of the area and expanded with large open spaces: the Trullo dell’Aia of the Masseria Guadiano.
The Trullo dell’Aia of the Masseria Guadiano includes 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and one with 2 single beds plus an optional one and each of the bedrooms has an independent private bathroom. To complete the characteristic scenery of this Trullo, there is a living area complete with kitchen, tables and chairs, completely renovated and furnished with a modern taste but attentive to the needs of the tenant.
The evocative scenery of the Trullo Hague of the Masseria Guadiano is enriched by a large open space, including a covered gazebo with barbecue in limestone, table and chairs, a Solarium with deckchairs and chair and a space for night bonfires with table and stone benches, as well as an exclusive car park.
The Trullo dell’Aia of the Masseria Guadiano is located a few steps away from the swimming pool of the Masseria Guadiano Vecchio, in common with the other houses of the farm.

Minimum stay: 7 days in high seasons – 3 days in low seasons
General terms and conditions for booking and cancellation
At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.
100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).
Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.
Final payment can be made by cash or credit card. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment

Children under 6 years of age stay for free (an age verification document is required).
Children aged between 7-12 years are entitled to half the adult single fare.
