Masseria Guadiano Vecchio is made up of holiday homes in the center of an agricultural estate of 38 hectares, characterized by different crops: cherry trees, orchards, arable land, meadows and oak woods.
The entire area on which the property is located is 300 meters above the level of the Adriatic sea and is 11 km from the beaches, 6 km from Alberobello, the capital of the trulli, 5 km from the Caves of Castellana, 10 km from the Itria Valley and not far from the ancient villages of Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Fasano with the Zoo Safari, Monopoli, with its 99 districts and about 60 km from Matera, the European capital of culture 2019.
The complex of the building consists of a very large main building, in which 4 independent houses are incorporated, with independent entrances and precisely:
Montagnola House: 4 beds on the ground floor and 4 beds on the first floor, with the possibility of hosting another 4 beds for children or children in a cot.
Vignola House: 4 beds, with the possibility of hosting another 3 beds for children or children in a cot.
Forlì House: 4 beds.
Bigarreaux House: 4 beds + 1 place
Completely detached from the main body of the farm there is: Trullo dell’Aia: 4 beds.
All the residences, surrounded by greenery in direct contact with nature, are equipped with the necessary furnishings for complete comfort, full air conditioning, wifi and the possibility of outdoor living. Vast parking lots, exclusive gazebos and solarium, swimming pool, tennis court and prevalence of local limestone complete the particular characteristics of the houses.
Furthermore, the vast outdoor spaces of the farm are of enormous value, allowing long walks or pleasant stops in the shade of cherry trees, lime trees and holm oaks in the full enjoyment of views, landscapes and colors of great beauty.
ABSOLUTE safety against the spread of the Covid-19 virus
The vast dimensions of the spaces annexed to the various houses and the autonomy of the relative entrances, therefore, avoid contact with the various guests who stay there.
Upon arrival, guests find the key already inserted in the door lock and deposit the documents in special containers already prepared, in order to avoid meeting with the check-in staff.
