Set within the charming surroundings of Masseria Guadiano Vecchio, Casa Vignola is a spacious, independent apartment located in a beautifully restored historic building.
Casa Vignola is situated on the first floor of Masseria Guadiano Vecchio and features its own private entrance, accessible via a staircase. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a spacious covered veranda furnished with a table, chairs and a comfortable sofa. From the entrance staircase, you can also access the sun terrace, a cosy outdoor space with artificial grass and sun loungers, perfect for unwinding, as well as a second spacious, two-level terrace offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
From the veranda, you can enter either the bright and welcoming living area, featuring a large dining table, or directly access the kitchen.
Casa Vignola also features two bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second offers a double bed, two single beds and a convertible sleeper pouffe.

General terms and conditions for booking and cancellation
At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.
100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).
Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.
Final payment can be made by cash or credit card. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Children under 6 years of age stay for free (an age verification document is required).
Children aged between 7-12 years are entitled to half the adult single fare.
