Final payment must necessarily be paid before arrival at the Masseria by bank transfer. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.

100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).

Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.

Minimum stay:

7days Trullo dell’Aia in high seasons – 3 days in low seasons

3 days (Forlì House, Bigarreau House, Montagnola House, Vignola House)

Children under 6 years of age stay for free (an age verification document is required).

Children aged between 7-12 years are entitled to half the adult single fare.

Pets are not allowed.
