Montagnola House
Montagnola House is a completely renovated 2-storey house built in original limestone, located in the very heart of Masseria Guadiano Vecchio.
Located in the heart of the Masseria Guadiano Vecchio estate, Casa Montagnola is a spacious two-storey residence, beautifully restored and built using the original local stone of the masseria.
Casa Montagnola features two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with a second bathroom. The property is one of the coolest and most comfortable retreats within the masseria, thanks to its construction entirely from the area’s traditional limestone, which naturally helps maintain a pleasant indoor temperature.
Casa Montagnola also offers a spacious dining area with a large table in the living room adjoining the kitchen, featuring a charming stone fireplace hand-carved in the early 1900s. Just outside, a spacious paved courtyard provides a welcoming setting for outdoor relaxation. You will also find a table shaded by a majestic holm oak tree, where you can unwind in complete comfort and tranquillity.

General terms and conditions for booking and cancellation
At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.
100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).
Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.
Final payment can be made by cash or credit card. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Children under 6 years of age stay for free (an age verification document is required).
Children aged between 7-12 years are entitled to half the adult single fare.
Pets are not allowed.
