Located in a secluded area, surrounded by the lush greenery of Masseria Guadiano Vecchio, Trullo dell’Aia is a beautifully restored ancient trullo featuring three rooms and two bathrooms. Carefully renovated and elegantly furnished, this charming property has been built using the original local stone and enhanced with spacious outdoor areas.
Trullo dell’Aia at Masseria Guadiano features two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with two single beds and an optional additional bed. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. Completing the traditional charm of the trullo is a fully renovated living area with a kitchen, tables and chairs, tastefully furnished in a modern style while ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests.
The picturesque setting of Trullo dell’Aia at Masseria Guadiano is further enhanced by a spacious outdoor area, featuring a covered gazebo with a limestone barbecue, table and chairs, a sun terrace with sun loungers and seating, and a dedicated area for evening bonfires with a stone table and benches. Exclusive private parking is also available.
Trullo dell’Aia at Masseria Guadiano Vecchio is located just a short walk from the outdoor swimming pool and tennis court, both shared with the other accommodation units at the masseria.

Minimum stay: 7 days in high seasons – 3 days in low seasons
General terms and conditions for booking and cancellation
At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.
100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).
Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.
Final payment can be made by cash or credit card. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment

Children aged between 7-12 years are entitled to half the adult single fare.
